Week 160 Menu

Sunday: Shrimp with General Tso dipping sauce, fried quinoa "rice"and green bean fries
Monday: Apple Mac-n-Cheese (Rachael Ray mag) and mashed sweet potatoes
Tuesday: Sausage on the grill and green salad
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday - Saturday: Up in the air!
