Sunday: Roasted chicken and potatoes
Monday: BBQ Pork chops and roasted Parmesan cauliflower (ATK recipes)
Tuesday: Cacio e pepe and green beans
Wednesday: Enchiladas (with sauce) and roasted sweet potatoes
Thursday: Lettuce cups (shredded chicken, cheese, quinoa, red peppers)
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Out
