This week is halfway through the year and a “Best Of” menu for my 2021 cookbook adventure.


Sunday: Chicken Pizzaiola with Roasted Broccoli & Garlic Bread

Monday: Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta

Tuesday: Teriyaki Stir-fry Beef with Shiitakes & Green Beans

Wednesday: Sweet Potato Hash

Thursday: Pasta with Sausage, Kale, and Beans

Friday: Pizza

Saturday: Out
