It’s been a wild summer of work travel. Menus have been simple and minimal. Now I’m home for September and will menu plan in earnest!
Sunday: Steak, Broccoli Parmesan fritters, biscuits, green salad
Monday: Chicken Noodle Soup and Italian bread
Tuesday: Hearty Grain & Vegetable Bowl w Goat Cheese
Wednesday: Roasted Pork Loin w Potatoes & Mustard Sauce
Thursday: Steak tips w Wilted Spinach, Goat Cheese, & Pear Salad
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Out
