Week 101 Menu

Sunday: A nod to New Year's tradition.....Black-eyed Pea Hummus with pita chips & Collard Green and Potato Salad (inspired by Just the Tip)
Monday: Stuffed peppers from CSA basket
Tuesday: Big salads with chicken, dried cranberries, apple chips and balsamic vinaigrette
Wednesday: Dinner at church
Thursday: Kale omelets and smoothies with roasted golden beet chips (CSA)
Friday: Our 5-year anniversary! Sole fillets stuffed with crab meat (Omaha Steak gift!)
Saturday: Out.
