Single parenting this week coming off a weekend out of town. It's going to be a seat-of-the-pants kind of week!
Sunday: Dinner on the road on the way back from Nashville
Monday: Breakfast for dinner (eggs, bacon, & toast)
Tuesday: Chicken Pot Pies
Wednesday: Skillet Chicken Parmesan and roasted asparagus
Thursday: Golden fried rice
Friday: Homemade pizza night
Saturday: Out after soccer tournament & dance
