Sunday: Picnic at the beach: cold cut sandwiches, pasta salad, yogurt and cookies (nothing special culinarily, but the fact it's at the beach is super-special!)
Monday: Pasta and orange carrots
Tuesday: Chicken, veggie and quinoa casserole
Wednesday: Pumpkin pancakes
Thursday: Italian Beef in the slow cooker
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Out
