Sunday: Pork tenderloin (with a "warming spice" dry rub) with roasted sweet potatoes and apples, and green salad
Monday:
Roasted sweet potato stuffed shells
Tuesday:
Pumpkin pancakes

Wednesday: Black-eyed peas, rice and
corn bread
Thursday: homemade chicken nuggets
Friday: something quick before trick-or-treating
Saturday: Out
